Yujin Hong graduated with dual-B.S. in Life Science and Chemistry from Sogang University and earned her Ph.D. in Biology from Seoul National University in 2021. Under the supervision of Prof. Kwangseog Ahn, she studied the host-virus interaction, primarily how the innate immune proteins are regulated in viral infection and how viruses exploit the host proteins for their successful infection. She joined Huh lab in 2022 for her postdoctoral research training.
