Han Kyoung Choe earned his B.S. and Ph.D. from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. Under the supervision of Dr. Kyungjin Kim, he studied ultradian and circadian rhythm of neuroendocrine system. He then joined Dr. Gloria Choi's lab at MIT for postdoctoral training, studying the role of oxytocin signaling in olfactory social memory. In 2016, he started his lab in DGIST, Daegu, Korea (https://ABC.DGIST.ac.kr). His lab is interested in 1) circadian control of cognition, 2) neuroscience of social behavior, 3) automated behavioral and neural recording from multiple animals, and 4) in vivo genetic screening in mouse. Han is a recipient of Human Frontier Science Program long-term fellowship (2014).
