Dongsun Oh earned his B.S. in Life Sciences and Biotechnology from Kyungpook National University in 2012. He completed his Ph.D. program in the Graduate School of Medical Science and Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2017. During his doctoral program, he studied the role of autophagy in dendritic cells in cancer and viral infection under the supervision of Prof. Heung Kyu Lee. After completing his postdoctoral research training in the same lab between 2017 to 2019, he moved to the Huh Lab for postdoctoral research training.
