Eric Loo, Ph.D.

Eric is originally from Malaysia. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees at National Taiwan University and completed his Ph.D. program at the University of California, San Diego. His doctoral studies focused on dissecting the molecular regulation of Foxp3 in regulatory T cells and exploring genetic perturbation that boosts cancer immunotherapy. Eric joined the Huh Lab in 2021. He is interested in exploring cellular crosstalk at the intersection of immune cells, bacteria, and neurons.
