Jinsu Park earned his B.S (2014) in genetic engineering and Ph.D. (2020) in Samsung Advanced Institute for Health Science and Technology from Sungkyunkwan University, Korea. Under the supervision of Dr. Dong-gyu Jo, his doctoral studies mainly focus on the relationship between the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and neuronal necroptosis in AD and the novel therapeutic role of O-GlcNAcylation in neurodegenerative diseases. After short postdoctoral researching training in the same lab, he joined Huh lab in 2021, and he is interested in the immune-modulatory roles of the gut microbiome in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
